There is no such an easy way, especially when were talking about migration.They are always guidelines.As far I know Points Test are always their basis..In Australia 120 points you needed before you qualify to migrate. Canada I think 67 to 70 Points.. Skilled workers who are good in English language are in-demand in Australia..If you think you have that two already you are most likely pre-qualified..Visit www.immi.gov.au for more info.

Can comment on Australia but Canada is pretty near impossible these days unless you're filthy rich or have a PhD

Apply for migration visa with the Australian Consulate or Embassy in Manila, so long as you pass the points test your in.
Well, I would say it is other way around, I'm from Canada and here we have large Philipino community, as far as I know it woud be easier to come to Canada than OZ. We take everyone and anyone. Visit Immigration Canada web site. Good luck!
