Is there any streets comparable in Sydney where the rich live and there is culture like Broadway in NYC?
Central Sydney does not have nearly the amount of residential buildings as NY. There are some scattered around, and I suppose those at the north end, near the harbour, would be the nearest equivalent. They are buildings like the Toaster (too hard and too much history to explain the name) or Quay West. But the focus is the Harbour - not particular streets.
There are obviously affluent and less affluent suburbs. As a huge (and therefore inaccurate) generalisation, north and east are affluent and south and west are less affluent.

There is no one street in Sydney that has all the theatres like in New York. Instead they are dotted all around the city.
